Río Churubusco y Añil s/n, Colonia Granjas México, Iztacalco Municipality, CP 08400, in this Mexico City; and as promoter OCESA Promotora de Eventos, S. de RL de CV, with registered office at Independencia 90, Colonia Centro, Cuauhtémoc Municipality, Mexico City, CP 06050 (hereinafter “The Companies”), are responsible for the processing of your personal data, in terms of articles 3, section XIV, 14, 15 and 16 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
Purpose of processing and Personal Data collected.
The personal data collected from you will be used for the following purposes:
Provide information related to the event “ NASCAR Mexico ” (hereinafter the “Event”) in its different editions, as well as events directly or indirectly related to the Event;
To provide news, promotions, contests, prizes and gifts related to the Event.
Conduct surveys through the website: nascarmexico.com linked to the Event and with the aim of identifying the Event’s customers, their consumption habits and the activities carried out as part of their experience as attendees, public, followers or interested parties in the Event;
To communicate with you (including by post, telephone, email and/or mobile messaging), such as to inform you about new features and offers (including goods and services) on our Products when you have consented to us doing so;
To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us and to provide you with the information, products and services that you request from us;
Create a personalized and individual profile so that we can analyze and offer the most relevant information according to your preferences;
For contact maintenance purposes;
To administer and provide the services you request;
Conduct market research so that we can improve the products and services we offer;
To improve the quality of our service and the safety of our Products;
Understand your preferences in order to offer the best products and services to your interests;
In connection with targeting and/or advertising activities;
To track activity on the Site and our Products;
Additionally, your personal data provided may be used for non-essential purposes such as: (1) statistical purposes; (2) marketing purposes and (3) image capture. To carry out the purposes previously described, the personal data that we will collect from you are:

You, as the owner of the personal data, when registering or providing your data to be registered in the database of The Companies, in that act in which you give your express consent to process your personal data.
III. Consent for the processing of sensitive, financial and patrimonial data.
In compliance with the provisions of articles 8 and 9 of the LFPDPPP, you are informed that The Companies will not, in the first instance, collect sensitive, financial and patrimonial data, so that at the time that said information is collected, you will be notified in order to indicate whether or not you accept the processing of said data.
IV. Consent for the transfer of personal data.
Pursuant to the provisions of article 36 of the LFPDPPP, it is hereby reported that the personal data provided (and indicated in section “II” of this notice) will be transferred internationally solely and exclusively to NASCAR.COM/NASCAR Digital Media, LLC, an entity incorporated under the laws of the United States, with address at One Daytona Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL 32114, United States, whose contact information is Privacy Office with email [email protected] and telephone number 1-800-630-0535, with the primary purpose of said entity sending information about NASCAR Cup Series México , relevant news, surveys, offers or promotions, as well as to carry out the secondary purposes indicated in section “II” of this privacy notice, in the event that you need to exercise your right to object to said transfer, you must send an email to [email protected] . Information received by NASCAR.COM/NASCAR Digital Media, LLC will be treated in accordance with its privacy notice available at https://www.nascar.com/privacy-statement/ .
Likewise, the owner of the personal data is informed that The Companies presented NASCAR.COM/NASCAR Digital Media, LLC with this privacy notice and was informed of the purposes for which you accepted the processing of your personal data.
The manifestation of your will for the transmission of your personal data in favor of NASCAR.COM/NASCAR Digital Media, LLC will be collected electronically, in accordance with the provisions of article 8 of the LFPDPPP.
V. In which cases do we transmit your personal information?
Your general personal data may be shared with national entities in order to comply with the legal relationship that exists between The Companies and the owner of the data as a result of the Event; . To carry out this transfer, it will not be necessary to have the consent of the owner of the data, in accordance with the provisions of article 37, section III of the LFPDPPP.
Your personal data may be shared with suppliers, clients, business partners, contracting companies, insurance companies and any other third party with which The Companies have a legal relationship, provided that it is necessary to share said information for the purposes of this Privacy Notice. Likewise, we may share your information when required by law or public authorities. We reserve the right to transmit your personal data in the event of selling or transferring all or part of our business or assets. Likewise, you agree that your personal data may be transferred and/or treated, stored or processed by persons other than The Companies, within and outside the country in order to comply with the purposes of this Privacy Notice. In any of the aforementioned cases, The Companies will communicate to the third party to whom the transfer of personal data is made, the content and scope of this Privacy Notice and the purposes to which you, as the owner of the personal data collected, subjected its processing. Except in the cases indicated above, specifically as indicated in section IV of this notice, and unless one of the assumptions contained in article 37 of the LFPDPPP is updated, the data provided by you will not be transmitted under any circumstances.

website (hereinafter the “Site”) is described below. When you access the Site, we record your Internet address (this address is usually temporary and is assigned by your Internet service provider at the time you connect), the type of operating system you use, and the type of browser software you use. The information we obtain is used to help us improve the Site; this entire process is done without us knowing your name or any other information that allows us to identify you. While you visit the Site, you do so anonymously, unless you expressly choose to identify yourself with us. The Companies require that you provide us with personal data to use the Site. Some applications may require you to reveal some personal information, such as the registration form for the issuance of the corresponding documents that allow entry into Mexico in order to participate, directly or indirectly, in the Event. Use of images
In order to document and communicate information about the Event and the events, contests, awards and activities held during the Event, the Companies may use, print, reproduce and publish the image(s) (in photographs or videos) of the attendees to the Event and other members in print, electronic media (blogs, official social networks of the Companies, website) among others, in all their manifestations, their interpretations or executions, their editions, their phonograms or video-grams, and in their broadcasts for the aforementioned purpose. The Companies will not reveal, use, or commercially exploit the images or photographs published by users voluntarily and spontaneously within the pages of our social networks or through their personal accounts therein.
The Companies declare that they have the administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or treatment. Likewise, you are hereby informed that the information you provide us through the website: nascarmexico.com will be treated under the strictest security measures since this site has an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security lock to protect it.
VII. Rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition and revocation of consent
You have the right to access your personal data that we hold and the details of the processing thereof, as well as to rectify them if they are inaccurate or incomplete; cancel them when you consider that they are not required for any of the purposes indicated in this privacy notice, they are being used for purposes not consented to, or oppose the processing of them for specific purposes. Your application must contain at least the following information:
(i) Date of application;
(ii) Full name of the holder, date of birth, RFC, address to hear and receive notifications, including postal code, and/or email to communicate the response to your request;
(iii) Documents proving the identity of the owner, or where applicable, the legal representation of the owner.
(iv) A clear and precise description of the personal data in respect of which you seek to exercise any of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition and;
(v) Any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data.
(vi) In the case of requests for rectification of personal data, the owner must indicate, in addition to what is mentioned in the previous sections, the modifications to be made and provide the documentation supporting his request.
The deadlines for processing your request are as follows:
We will inform you within 5 (five) business days if you require additional information to the request submitted and you will have 10 (ten) business days to provide the information requested by THE COMPANY, with the understanding that, if you do not provide the required information within the aforementioned period, the corresponding request will be deemed not to have been submitted.
Once the additional information required is obtained and/or if no additional information is required, you will have a period of 20 (twenty) business days, counted from the date on which the request for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition was received, to make the determination, so that, if it is appropriate, it will be made effective within 15 (fifteen) business days following the date on which your request was answered. In the case of requests for access to personal data, the delivery will proceed after accreditation of the identity of the applicant or his legal representative, in accordance with the provisions of article 32 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
Means of Response. The means that THE COMPANY may use to respond to the requests submitted will be the following:

Your request must be accompanied by the information mentioned in points (i) to (v) above. Within a maximum period of 20 business days, we will respond to your request and inform you of its provenance in accordance with the provisions of article 32 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
Options and means to limit the use or disclosure of Personal Data. You may also limit the use of your personal data by registering in the Public Consumer Registry provided for in the Federal Consumer Protection Law.
The Companies may retain personal data exclusively for the purposes of the responsibilities arising from the processing referred to in this Privacy Notice. The Companies shall not be required to cancel personal data when it concerns the cases established in article 26 of the LFPDPPP. Likewise, when the information collected in the personal data is no longer necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice and in the applicable legal provisions, your personal data will be cancelled from the Companies’ database. Finally, the Companies do not collect information from Users under 13 years of age who are residents of the United States of America and its territories.

If you consider that your right to the protection of personal data has been violated by any conduct, action or response to your requests, or you suspect that the provisions of the LFPDPPP have been violated in the processing of your personal data, you may file a complaint or claim with the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI). X. Procedures and means by which any changes to the privacy notice will be communicated.
You acknowledge, know and accept that THE COMPANY reserves the right to make changes or updates to this Privacy Notice, its purposes, the personal data to be collected and its content in general, at any time, to address legislative developments, internal policies or new requirements for the presentation or offering of our services or products, changes in our business model, the hiring of services and personnel.
We undertake to keep you informed of any changes to this privacy notice, the foregoing through the Site.
Any modification, including an update, to this privacy notice will be subject to the following procedure:
1) The privacy office of THE COMPANY will make the modification to the privacy notice;
2) The modification to the privacy notice will be notified through a pop-up window that will appear on the Site, if applicable, it will be notified to the owner’s email;
3) A brief explanation will be presented on the site showing the section in which the privacy notice was modified;
