The following describes the Terms and Conditions that govern the use of the Website, which is owned by Operadora de Centros de Espectáculos, SA de CV and jointly operated by OCESA Promotora de Eventos, S. de RL de CV, as promoter (hereinafter “The Companies”).
OCESA manages the content and services available on the Website in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions. By accessing the Website, the user of the Website (hereinafter the “User”) expresses his/her consent and undertakes to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as the applicable legislation on the matter.
DESCRIPTION OF USE
The Companies reserve the right to modify, add or delete, at any time and without prior notice, the Website, as well as the conditions required to access and/or use it, only limiting themselves to informing the User, updating the Website and requiring the User’s consent to continue using it in the event of changes in the conditions of access and updating. The User agrees to release The Companies and their affiliates, and each of their officers, directors, managers, agents, employees and contractors from any liability for loss, obligation, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party, due to, or arising from the use of the Website.
