The NASCAR Mexico City Weekend will use the international layout of the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez, which was renovated for the return of Formula 1 to Mexico in 2015. But unlike the traditional ovals, where NASCAR races usually take place, the track will be modified with a cut in turn 4, skipping turns 5 and 6, and it will have a length of 3.89 km and 14 turns. In this way, the track will be adapted to offer a more competitive race between the stock cars of the different NASCAR series that will be racing that weekend.

Also, the NASCAR Mexico City Weekend unveils the official poster of the event, which highlights the participation of renowned NASCAR Cup Series drivers such as the Mexican Daniel Suarez, Ryan Blaney, Chase Elliott and Bubba Wallace, with the emblematic background of the main straight of the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez and the cars of the main NASCAR series, which leaves the North American country for the first time for a qualifying race within the championship. In addition, the NASCAR Mexico City Weekend logo was inspired by papel picado motifs, an emblematic tradition of our country with pre-Hispanic roots and considered Intangible Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO, symbolizing the fusion of this premier stock car event with the rich Mexican culture.
